However, the drivers listed for my service tag do not really match the recommended driver install list very well. Therefore, I assume I need to start over and do a fresh install but make sure I am installing all the device drivers in the proper order following this link: Device manager says everything is working properly - i.e., no yellow exclamation points. I have tried uninstalling / re-installing the USB 3.0 controller drivers, but it has not worked. However, I have been unable to get the USB 3.0 ports on the right side of the laptop to work at all. I did a fresh install of Windows 7 64-bit on my Dell Latitude E6430 and installed all the drivers / windows updates.
